Spanning over 18 hectares, our factory operates with a dynamic workforce of 1,200 to 1,500 skilled professionals, depending on the season. Every stage of production is handled in-house, ensuring quality control and efficiency.

• Our undercover log storage and multiple sawmills ensure optimal raw material management.
• 20+ wood-drying kilns, each with a 40-cubic-meter capacity, allow us to maintain a steady supply of dried boards for 4-6 months of production, reducing lead times and ensuring seamless production.
• Precision Engineering & CNC Technology
• Our material preparation department is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, as well as the advanced Bacci Twin Jet 7-axis CNC machining center.
• Hundreds of other machines, from rip and crosscut saws to copy shapers and double-ended tenoners, enable precision craftsmanship.
• Advanced Gluing & Laminating Capabilities
• Our state-of-the-art pressing technology, including hydraulic, A-frame, cold, hot, and high-frequency presses, allows for versatile and efficient material bonding.

• Metal Fabrication & Finishing
• Our in-house metal department specializes in steel and aluminium furniture, utilizing advanced technology such as CNC laser cutting, CNC pipe bending, and TIG welding.
